2. Wait until the waste oil is drained completed from the
pump. Tilt the machine if needed to speed up the draining
process.
3. When the waste oil is completely drained, replace the oil
draining nut and tighten securely.
4. Flip up the pump cover and use your hand to loosen
and remove the oil measuring plug by screwing it
counterclockwise. Fill in the new pump oil from the oil inlet
(Fig. 18).
5. Check the oil level with the oil measuring plug. Make sure
the oil level is between the MIN. and MAX. indication on
the plug (Fig. 18).
NOTE: It's also possible to check the oil level through the
oil level window on the side of the pump. Make sure the oil
level is not passing the red dot on the window (Fig. 19).
Clean the Adapter Filter and the Nozzle
1. To ensure good performance, check and clean the adapter
filter (Fig. 20). Remove the filter and rinse with warm water
to prevent any foreign matter from clogging the pump
(Fig. 21).
2. Clean the nozzle with the needle clean-out tool provided
(Fig. 22). Remove the spray wand from the gun; remove
any dirt from the nozzle hole and rinse.
