Replacing Impeller

1. 

To uninstall the impeller, repeat steps 1 to 7 (Figs. 30 – 36).

2.  Disassemble the worn impeller from the impeller shaft by 

removing the 2 spring pins (Fig. 39).

3.  Install the replacement impeller by following the above 

steps in reverse order.

Replacing Auger Belt

1.  Open the battery compartment cover and remove the 2 

screws inside the compartment (Fig. 40).

2.  Disassemble the motor cover by removing the 4 screws 

and washers (2 on each side) and open the motor cover 

(Figs. 40 & 41).

3.  Remove the M6 bolt and sprocket cover from sprocket 1 

then remove the auger belt from pulley 1 (Fig. 42).

4.  Roll the new auger belt onto the bottom of pulley 1. Then 

roll it to the sprocket 1 (Fig. 42).

5.  Reinstall the sprocket cover and M6 bolt to sprocket 1 

(Fig. 42).

Replacing Drive Belt

1. 

Carefully turn the snow blower over, as shown (Fig. 43).
