The freezer shall stay for half an hour before connecting
220~240V/50Hz power when it is firstly started. This is to allow the oil
to flow back in the compressor
•
The freezer shall run 2 to 3 hours before loading fresh or frozen foods; the freezer
shall run for more than 4 hours in summer in advance considering that the ambient
temperature is high.
•
Connect the freezers FH10SM, FH20SM, FH25SM, FH30SM to power supply and
“Power” indicator will shine. “Run” indicator will shine in operation. “Alarm” indicator
will shine when the the temperature inside the chamber is too high.
•
Connect the freezers FH40SM to power supply and “Power” indicator will shine. “Run”
(the red loght) indicator will shine when the compressor is running
FREEZING OF FOODSTUFFS
To avoid contamination of food, please respect the following instructions:
–
Opening the door for long periods can cause a significant increase of the
temperature in the compartments of the appliance.
–
Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food and accessible drainage
systems.
–
Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers in the refrigerator, so that it is not in
contact with or drip onto other food.
–
If the refrigerating appliance is left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean,
dry, and leave the door open to prevent mould developing within the appliance.
When first starting-up or after a period out of use, before putting the products in the
compartment let the appliance run at least 2 hours.
The freezing process takes 24 hours. During this period do not put other food in the
freezer. The maximum quantity of foods to freeze in 24 hours is shown in the Product
Fiche.

DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF FROZEN FOOD INDICATED IN THE
PRODUCT FICHE.
•
Do not refreeze partly thawed products.
•
Do not place unwrapped foodstuffs in the freezer sections.
•
Fresh food for freezing should not touch already frozen foodstuffs.
•
Do not freeze foodstuffs that are warmer than the room temperature.
•
WARNING! Do not freeze liquid foodstuffs in glass vessels or bottles.
•
Do not consume ice made in the freezer compartment straight away.
•
Products will freeze more quickly if they are divided up and packed in small portions.
•
Strictly observe the foodstuff validity time indicated by the manufacturer
on the product packaging

CAUTION!
In the event of accidental defrosting, for example due to a power failure, if
the
power has been off for longer than the value shown in the technical characteristics
chart under "rising time", the defrosted food must be consumed
quickly or cooked
immediately and then refrozen (after cooling).
