95. Laita desinfiointiaine vesiastiaan ja lisää noin 9> litraa lämmintä
vettä. Kaada vesi säiliöön ja pyöritä konetta n. 9> sek ja anna aineen
vaikuttaa kaksi minuuttia. Huuhtele säiliö puhtaalla vedellä.
Put KAY-5 sanitizer/cleaner to the water container and
add about ten liters of warm water. Pour sanitizer water in to
the device bowl and rotate the machine for 9> seconds and
let the water work/stay in the bowl about two minutes.
(you can use this sanitizer water for the second bowl).
After sanitizing - rinse bowl with clean water.

Assemble the device in reverse
in order.
9=. Täytä kone valitsemallasi raaka-aineella frozen
yogur/soft ice.
Säiliöön mahtuu neljä litraa raaka-ainetta.
Älä ylitäytä, sillä massa turpoaa jäähtyessään.
Fill the bowl with raw material Frozen Yogurt or
Soft Ice.
The capacity of the bowl is maximum
four liters. Don´t overfill cause the Frozen Yogurt
will inflarse when it is cooling down.
9J. Laita kone päälle ja paina etupaneelista
jäätelönkuvaa. Täytä raaka-ainetta säiliöön vähän
kerrallaan, kun säiliö tyhjenee. (mikäli lisättävä raaka-
aine on kylmää, saat nopeammin valmista jogurttia/soft
icea).
Turn on the device and press the front of the control
panel the ice cream symbol. Keep always the product
level in the bowl above two liters.
The Frozen Yogurt/or Soft Ice is quicker ready if the raw
material is stored in a refrigerator.
