3.3 Installing on the stand mixer
attachment
1. Turn off the stand mixer by moving the
stand mixer speed selector (

) to the ‘0’
(OFF) position.
2. Remove the plug from the power socket.
3. Press the release button (

).
4. Hold down the button and raise the
head (

), accompanying its movement
with your hand.
5. Remove any standard accessories
(dough hook, wire whisk, flat beater)
which may be fitted.
6. Grasp the front attachment hub cover (

)
at the centre and turn it clockwise.
7. Pull the cover (
4
) to remove it.
