Steel grills and griddle
Configuration
A
: first position the griddle on
the right hand side, then the central grill and
lastly the left hand side grill so that their
edges fit together.
Configuration
B
: first position the grills and
make sure that they are as close as possible
to the sides of the cooking area, then
position the griddle so that its edges fit
together with those of the grills at the side.
Configuration
C
: the grills can be
positioned before or after the griddle.
However, make sure that the edges of the
grills are correctly aligned as shown in
configuration
A
.
As a rough indication, the steel grills should
be positioned with the slots facing away
from the knobs.
