FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN DEATH OR
SERIOUS BURNS TO CHILDREN OR ADULTS.
MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PRO RANGE IS CORRECTLY SECURED AND THE ANTI-TIP DEVICE IS
CORRECTLY INSTALLED. REFER TO THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL.
- Remove all packaging materials and temporary labels from the oven and cooktop.
- Record the Model and Serial number on Page 2 of this booklet. The Model and Serial numbers are
on the Pro Range ID plate, which is visibly positioned in the storage compartment. THE ID PLATE
MUST NOT BE REMOVED.
- BEFORE BAKING OR BROILING, the oven and broiler should be turned on to burn off the
manufacturing oils. Turn the oven on to 450°F (230°C) for 20 to 30 minutes, then turn on the broiler
for the same amount of time. You may want to turn on the ventilator above your range for the same
amount of time.
