Following functions are in particular very useful:
1. Diagnostic. The user can receive relevant control data from the main board (such
as currents, voltages, rpm, temperatures etc. ), evaluating lift truck performance and
detecting any faulty circuit.
2. Calibration. The user can transmit parameters and settings to the truck in order to
tune its performance.
3. Flash memory software update.
Please, refer to the specific EyePlus manual for a detailed description of the software and
its functions.
5.2.2 Serial interconnection cable
In following fig. 5 we give the generic schematic of interconnection cable to be used
between P.C. and control board when you use EyePlus utility.
Refer to specific AC-M1 pin-out to wire properly your board Rx, Tx and ground terminals
(“cons. prog.” terminal is optional) .We recommend you to use a shielded cable to avoid
electromagnetic interference.
5.2.3 System requirements
This paragraph reports the minimum hardware that the PC where EyePlus is going to be
installed should have.
