Call Features

Call Hold/Resume

This feature allows you to put a caller on hold while a second call is answered or
made. The phone call on hold can be resumed when you are available to talk again.

To use call hold and resume, follow these steps:

1.

Make a call.

2.

Press the Left Soft Key to select the options. Select “Hold.”

3.

The phone call is on hold.

4.

You can now make a second call.

5.

The second call is active while the first call is on hold.
