1.  From your PC desktop, double click the My Computer icon. 

 

2.  From the "My Computer" window, double click the Dial-Up Networking icon. 

 

 

 

3.  From the “Dial-Up Networking” window, double click “Make New 

Connection” 

 

4.  Type in “SMC70032AE” in the “Type a name for the computer you are 

dialing” field.  This would normally be the actual computer name for the 

VPN server you are connecting to.  Select the device “Microsoft VPN 

Adapter”, and then click the "Next" button.
