Assembly procedure

(1) Clean each component sufficiently before assembly to remove any dust etc.

Apply the grease provided in the seal set to each part shown in Table 14. As a guideline, apply enough
grease to make the surface shiny.

Body assembly

Apply grease after wiping the inside of the cylinder
with alcohol, and mount the bearing on the housing.

Piston assembly

Pay attention to the installation direction of the piston seal as the direction is specified.
Then mount the piston seal to the piston, taking care not to damage the piston seal.
