Solutions

PLAYSTORE DOES

NOT SIGN IN

Make sure the Ethernet &/or Wifi is connected. Try deleting
the cache and store memory. Then try again. If it does not
work, then disconnect Ethernet and connect via Wifi only
(ensuring there is enough signal strength). If it still does not
work, then reset the factory settings (Please note resetting
factoring settings will delete all user data)

APPS ARE NOT

WORKING

Make sure the Ethernet &/or Wifi is connected. Try deleting
the cache and store memory. Then try again. If it does not
work, then disconnect Ethernet and connect via Wifi only
(ensuring there is enough signal strength). Some APPS rely
on syncing of accurate date & time. Please make sure the
Date & Time has synced and is on auto. ). If it still does not
work, then reset the factory settings (Please note resetting
factoring settings will delete all user data)

DATE & TIME NOT

SYNCING IN AUTO

Make sure the TV is connected to the internet via Ethernet/Wifi
and Date & Time sync is set to auto with the correct time zone
selected. Turn the TV off at the main power and turn on again
after 2 minutes to resolve.

MANUALLY LOADING

APPS

It’s normally advisable to use the play store for downloading
apps. However, if you choose to manually upload an app,
please make sure the *.apk file is downloaded from a trusted
source onto USB. Insert the USB to start the media browser
and locate the file to install to your list of apps.

NOT ALL APPS ARE

SHOWING

Sometimes after software update or factory reset, not all
factory loaded default apps may show. Please turn the TV off
for about 5 minutes and restart again to allow for apps
optimization and system view.

PLAYSTORE

SEARCH NOT

FINDING APPS

Due to google settings, if you are unable to find the required
APPS for installing on the TV, then please troubleshoot by
accessing same signed in account on some other device like
computer or mobile phone. See if the playstore search finds
your app in this device. If it does, then press install and select
your listed TV as the device for installation. It should then push
the same installation onto your TV. We ensure compatibility of
the Playstore app with the Android version from the factory.
