Charger operation
Plug the charger to a power supply, using the included USB cable. Place a Qi inductive
charging standard device on the charger. The charging process will be indicated by a
ring of LEDs illuminating around the charger housing.
In special cases, it may be necessary to place the equipment to be charged in another
position.
In this case, follow the instructions supplied with this device.
Do not use excessive force, as this may damage the charger or its power supply socket.
When charging is complete, remove the device from the charger and disconnect the
charger from the power source.
Disconnect an unused charger from the mains. If the charger is damaged, do not repair
it, replace it with a new charger.
Troubleshooting
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
Despite connection, the
charger does not charge
the device.
Check whether the mains socket to which the charger is
connected is not damaged.
If you are using an extension cord or power strip, make sure
that the socket to which the charger power supply is
connected is turned on.
Check if the USB wire is not damaged. If so, use a new cable
certified by the manufacturer of the equipment.
Check if the charged device is not damaged.
Inductive charging does
not work
Check that the maximum inductive charging distance is not
exceeded (e.g. by using additional casings on the device
being charged). Check that the device complies with the Qi
standard.
Check that the technical parameters of the power supply
used are compatible with those of the charger.
The charger heats up
It is normal for the charger to heat up.
Check if the charged device does not consume too much
energy.
If the problem persists, contact service centre.
Maintenance of the device
To extend the life of the device, keep the device away from children. Avoid contact with
liquids; these may cause damage to electronic parts of the device. Avoid very high
temperatures, it can shorten the life of electronic components, melt the plastic parts
and destroy the battery. Do not try to disassemble the device. Tampering with the
device in an unprofessional manner may cause serious damage to the device or destroy
it completely. To clean the device use only a dry, soft cloth. Never use any agent with a
high concentration of acids or alkalis.
