SW1 DipSwitch Settings
Rundown timer
The rundown timer controls the period of time that the controller is in Amber
condition (magnet ‘on’ safety output ‘off’). The two timers must be set the
same. The timer allows time for the machine to come to a safe condition
before the doors can be opened.
Rundown timer selection is made via dipswitches 1 and 2. Timing options are
0, 2, 8 and 32 seconds. The system is dual circuit so there are 2 rundown
timers to set. The dipswitch in the up position indicates that the setting has
been selected. The rundown timer controls the period of time that the local
access controller is in an Amber condition (magnet ‘on’ safety output ‘off’).
The timer allows time for the machine to come to a safe condition before the
doors can be opened.

Dipswitches 3 to 7 are factory set for the standard 63mm plated magnets
(785070M), dipswitch 4 in the up position. Dipswitch 8 is used for setting the
even parity check.
Set Even Parity
Switch 8 is the parity switch. The switch settings are made fail safe with this
switch. The controllers count how many of the 8 switches are in the up
position. This must be an even number. In the example shown above, dip
