Using the IR Remote Control (optional)
You have the option of controlling the
HDR8X8/HDR16X16
via Remote Con-
trol. The remote is used to control the
HDR8X8/HDR16X16
. The SM-EYE must
be connected to the
HDR8X8/HDR16X16
( this is an optional connector not
always available in all boxes) in order to interface the remote control with the
matrix. The way the remote control the matrix is as follows:
Xx<enter>yy<enter>
When XX is the output , YY is the input
To change the routing of the signals,
For example, to set output 3 to input 2 press “0” + “3” + ENTER, then press “0” +
“2” + ENTER. If a wrong button is pressed, the user must either press the ESC
button or wait 5 seconds before restarting the sequence.
