any maintenance work.
Vehicle front end, vehicle rear end
Check headlamp and front fog lamp adjustment, correct if necessary
Windshield washer system: Check fill level and correct if necessary
Brake fluid: Check wet boiling point
(Not required before the brake fluid change for the first time after 2 years.)
Replace brake fluid
Engine compartment
Engine oil and filter change
Wheels, brakes
Check tires by means of visual inspection inside and outside for damage and crack
formation
Check tire inflation pressure and correct if necessary

Check tread depth of tires

Check front brake pads by means of visual inspection for lining thickness and front
brake disks for condition
For the first time after 40,000 miles, then regularly at each oil service Plus check the
brake lining thickness of the rear drum brake through the inspection holes
Underside of vehicle
Brake lines and brake system: Check for fixing, damage and leaks by means of visual
inspection
Fixing components and exhaust system: Check for damage and leaks by means of visual
inspection
Engine and transmission: Check for damage and leaks by means of visual inspection
Steering gear: Check for wear and external damage
Check vehicle underside, to the extent that it can be seen, for damage and corrosion by
means of visual inspection
Check brake system for proper function
Check polyVbelt(s) for wear and damage
Check play of front axle joints, check rubber boots for damage
Check all rubber mounts at the front and rear axles for damage
Check tie rod joints and drag link joints for play, check rubber boots for damage
