2.1 Indoor Handset Monitor 

Handset Button Descriptions

          

On/Off/Call/Confirm

1. Answer the call of a visitor or end a conversation.
2. Press and hold this button for three seconds to power on or power off.
3. In any mode press and hold this button for 8 seconds to restore to factory default settings.
4. Once in the ‘Options’ menu, use this button to confirm selections.

Monitor

1. In standby mode, press this button to view the outdoor monitor. Press the button for a second 
time to cancel this view. Please note that the outdoor unit needs to be wired to a permanent power 
source for this feature to work.
2. During a conversation, press this button to switch between ‘Video & Audio’ and ‘Audio Only’ 
mode.
3. After entering the ‘Options menu’, press this button to exit.

          

Preview

1. In standby mode, press this button to view the visitor history images.
2. When viewing image history, use this button to scroll up through the images.

          

Unlock

1. When a visitor calls, you can use this button to unlock the electronic lock on your door if you 

have one pre-fitted.
2. When viewing image history, use this button to scroll down through the images.
3. When the handset is connected to the charging station or computer (using USB), press this 
button to go to the ‘Options’ menu.
