RECEIVING AN

ONLINE SLICE ORDER

Confirming Orders:

For both pickup and delivery, you must select each new order.
New online orders will always show in the “New” filter.

New orders.

Incoming online scheduled orders will be available to

accept or reject as you would for any incoming online

orders. Once accepted, scheduled online orders will

move under the ‘Scheduled’ order status within the Order

Management flow. When it gets within 30 minutes of a

scheduled order needing to be ready, a notification will pop

up prompting movement of the order to the ‘In Progress’

status and for the order to begin getting prepared.
