Checking instructions and Maintenance
The device must be checked at least once in a year. A check must be carried out before every
use.
Generally to check
No rust, no deformations, no metallic abrasion, no damage on the rope, smooth movement of all
rotating parts, no loose parts.
Carabiner
1) Check the carabiner if there are cracks or damages.
2) Change immediately non-functioning or damaged parts by the manufacturer or a trained person.
Rope
1) Check rope every time before use and remove any knots.
2) Pay attention to wear - Replace the rope latest after 6 years.
Rolls
1) Check rolls on defective parts.
2) Rolls must run free.
