4.2 Pneumatic connection
The lubrication system must be connected to the compressed air
network.
The compressed air quality must comply with purity class 5
deined by DIN ISO 8573-1:
•
Maximum particle size: 40 μm
•
Maximum particle density: 10 mg/m
3
•
Dew point: 7 °C
•
Maximum water content : 7 800 mg/m
3
•
Maximum residual oil content: 25 mg/m
3
The air line is directly connected to the air treatment unit
(† pos. 1 ig. 6)
with a quick connector for tube OD 8 mm.
4.3 Hydraulic connection
A pump type PVP.3 with integrated reservoir is directly mounted on
the system and supplies lubricant to the lubrication system. There is
no hydraulic connection necessary except for the illing of the PVP.3
