THE MEANING OF THE KEYS
SET Adjusts values, e.g. for presetting the distance or the training time
MODE
Confirm setting or selection
RESET 1. Pressing and holding the key for approx. 2 seconds sets all values to 0 and
restarts the computer.
2. When setting values, press this key to reset values to 0.
3. Pressing briefly activates the Bluetooth
®
mode.
SET & MODE
Pressing the two keys simultaneously switches on Bluetooth
®
mode.
Inserting the batteries, starting the training or pressing a key switches on the computer. All
displays appear briefly on the screen.
RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
The resistance adjustment knob offers the possibility to adjust
the pedalling resistance in 8 steps. To do this, turn the adjust-
ment knob accordingly. Start with a low pedalling resistance
and increase the difficulty as needed.
