EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
In order to maximize the benefits of this machine, always remember the following points:
• In order to achieve the desired results, use this device continuously. Only long-term use ensures the achieve-
ment of your desired goals.
• The below shown exercises are only examples. You can find more exercises in the internet and on our website.
Especially the handles and the resistance bands allow a wide variety of exercises.
• Remember to always start from the lowest speed setting and then increase the speed step by step.
This device is ideal for
• Muscle building
• General fitness
• Burn bodyfat
• Endurance
• Muscle relaxation
Stand on the machine approximately shoulder-wide to exercise the hips, buttocks
and lower back muscles.
The positioning of the body shown on the left appeals especially to the thighs and
promotes overall blood circulation. Keep the leg muscles tense and the back must be
kept as straight as possible.
Sit on a chair in front of the device and place your feet on the surface for a relaxing
vibration massage. This exercise is good for the lower and upper thighs.
Relaxing calves massage: Sit in front of the device with your back straight and your
hands placed on either side. Place your calves on the massager with your toes facing
up.
Shoulders / arms: Kneel on the ground, place your hands on top of the plate at
shoulder width. Keep your body in forward leaning position. Alternatively, you can do
pushups by holding the handles of the device while your feet are on the ground and
the plate is running.
