PROGRAM MODES
The program modes P1, P2 or P3 always have a fixed running time of 5 minutes. The speed levels (see below) are
adjusted automatically by the device (each step has a duration of 30 seconds):
P1
: 16,18,28,38,48,58,48,38,28,18
P2
: 20,40,60,80,99,40,99,40,99,40
P3
: 10,44,99,33,99,22,99,11,99,44
Speed and time can only be adjusted in manual mode (not in P1, P2 or P3). To start
the unit in manual mode, first switch it on with the
on/off key . The default time
setting is 10 minutes. You can now adjust the time setting (from 1 to 10 minutes).
The speed level can be adjusted from level 1-99. To start or end a training session,
press the
start/stop key . The display „HA“ means that time or speed can be adjusted
in this mode.
