Votre rameur offre un réglage de la résistance sur 16 niveaux (L1 = facile à L16 = difficile). Vous pouvez
régler la résistance à l‘aide du régulateur rotatif.
AJUSTER LA COURROIE DE PÉDALE
La sangle de pédale réglable peut être adaptée à la taille de vos pieds/chaussures. Pour régler la sangle
de pédale, desserrez l‘extrémité velcro de la sangle, ajustez la sangle en conséquence et refermez le
velcro. Le pied doit être bien maintenu.

• Connect the sensor wire from Console #59 to the sensor wire from Main fram e #1;

Attach the Console #59 to the Main frame #1, tighten with 4 Cross -head screws #47.

Resistance instruction:
This rowing machine has total 16 -segment resistance options, though knob sticker only shows segments
NO.1,4,7,10,13,16. Users can select the intensity (rowing difficulty) from L1 to L16 (standard setting: L16 =
difficult) with the tension control knob.

PEDAL ADJUSTMENT

MOVING THE MACHINE

To adjust the pedal strap, remove the
Velcro from pedal strap and pull it up
to the left/right side.

Once removed, you can you can
adjust the tightness of the pedal
strap.

To tighten, pull the Velcro end of the
pedal strap upward then to the
left/right and down to secure it to the
mesh side of the strap.
To move the machine, lift up the rear support tube
until the transportation wheels on the front stand touch
the ground. With the wheels on the ground, you can
transport the rower to desired location with ease.
