COMPUTER | OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
USER PROGRAM
Design your own program profile U1-U4 by adjusting the training resistance for every section
individually. The program profile shall be automatically saved. You can proceed in a similar way with
U0; however, the profile cannot be saved.
1. Select the training resistance from 1-16 dot patterns with the UP/DOWN buttons.
2.
Confirm every resistance input with the ENTER button.
3. Enter the TIME with the UP/DOWN buttons (0:00 to 99:00).
4. Enter the DISTANCE using the UP/Down buttons (0.00~99.50 km).
5.
Enter the CALORIES using the UP/DOWN buttons (0~990).
6.
Enter the target PULSE/HEART RATE using the UP/DOWN buttons (P~30~240).
7.
Confirm every entry by pressing ENTER button.
H.R.C. - HEART RATE CONTROL
Select your own target heart rate or select one of the saved programs 55%, 75% or 90%. Enter your
age in the user data so that the heart rate can be adjusted correctly. On reaching your target rate, the
PULSE display blinks according to the selected program.

1. Select your heart rate or one of the saved programs (55%, 75%, 90% or target).
2.
Select your target rate in the LCD window 30-240.
3. Enter the TIME using the UP/DOWN buttons (0:00 to 99:00).
4. Enter the DISTANCE using the UP/Down buttons (0.00~99.50 km).
5.
Enter the CALORIES using the UP/DOWN buttons (0~990).
RECOVERY
Press the button RECOVERY after finishing the workout. RECOVERY requires your heart rate
for the correct function. Time is counted from 1 minute and your fitness level from F1 to F6 is
subsequently displayed.
NOTE: While the RECOVERY runs, no other displays occur.
