Assembly Instructions
NOTE: What we are about to describe is an standard assembly procedure. Each
person, based on their experience and on the tools they have to work with, may vary
the assembly steps to suit their needs.
Always use great caution because the
assembly steps are dangerous.
Assembly sequence (MKE/10-12)
1) DANGER
Lay the hose 2 along the drawbar following the A points where the existing hose is
fixed until the female end of the same is in the center of B machine’s frame. Now,
after having removed the existing screws, lock at A points the hose 2 with the
collars 3 and screws 4. In this stage, do not tighten completely the collars 3 and the
screws 4. Fix the rapid coupling 1 to the hose 2. It is recommended to put some
Loctite to avoid oil leakage.
In this step, you will use:
Item 1: 1 rapid coupling ½” NPT
Item 2: 1 hose 3/8” l. 8850- 348.42” male1/2” NPT female ¾” jic
Item 3: 14 hose collars ø18 – ø0.71”
Item 4: 14 screws M8x60 (0.31” x 2.36”)
