Introduction
安裝步驟：

首先將連軸器

依順時針方向的第一

將橡膠緩衝墊

將馬達

上之內槽扣孔與橡膠緩衝墊

上之凸台

互相扣接壓緊結合。

將馬達
(D)
以螺絲

與墊片

鎖固
於機體上。
注意事項：
若馬達與連軸器未依上述位置正確組
裝，將會導致針棒停針的位置點不對
;
馬達組裝正確情形下，當針棒置於上
死點時，針棒的左針與針板面距離約
7.8mm
。
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
：
(Fig.15)
1.Attach coupling (A) to lower main
shaft (B) by fitting the first set
screw(1) to the long groove (3) of
shaft, then tighten it and the other
set screw(2).
2.Attach rubber cushion (C) with
the side of two projections (4) to
coupling (A) by fitting projections to
notches (5).
3.Attach motor (D) to rubber cushion
(C) by fitting the inside projections
to notches (7) on rubber cushion.
4.Use screw (8) and washers (9) to
tighten motor (D) on machine body.
CAUTION :
Check to be sure that the "motor
and coupling are installed correctly"
as so to prevent needle bar from
stopping on wrong position. If motor
is installed correctly, the distance
between the left needle on needle
bar and needle plate will be 7.8mm
w h e n n e e d l e b a r i s i n i t s h i g h e s t
dead point.
