SIMPLE REPAIR

五相步進馬達檢測
A
：控制系統輸出功能檢測
先按住 ＂載入針數鍵 ＂然後開機，即可
進入系統輸出功能檢測。
檢測內容：
LED
燈號、步進馬達正反轉、
LCM
顯示面板、段數顯示器、蜂鳴器、電
磁閥組。
C
：控制系統回復出廠設定值
先按住 ＂取消鍵 ＂然後開機，即可回復
出廠設定值。
PS
：原先的循環縫設定都會被清除。
B
：控制器輸入功能檢測
先按住 ＂切刀鍵＂然後開機，即可進入
系統輸入功能檢測。
檢測內容：人機操作盒所有按鍵。（

）切刀開關、（

）換段開關、
（

）回踩開關

•Examine the 5-phase stepping motor

Examine the output function in control
system
Enter the output function in system to
examine by keeping pressing the

and then start the
machine.
Examination: LED light, stepping motor
driver reversible rotation, LCM display
panel, section display, buzzer, and
solenoid comb.
C
：
Revert the control system to the pre-
Revert to the pre-programmed value
by keeping pressing
“
cancel key
＂
and then start the machine.
P.S.: The initial circulation sewing setting
would be eliminated.
B
：
Enter the input function in system
to examine by keeping pressing
“
trimmer key
＂
and then start the
machine.
Examination: All the keys on the machine
box, (1)safety lock switch , (2)trimmer
switch , (3)section exchange switch ,
and (4)back pedal switch .
The panel shows:
