Setting time to transmit data to serial port

Serial Timeout

Serial timeout is the waiting time for transmitting a
data packet. The default setting is 500ms.

Packet payload

Packet payload is the maximum transmission length
for serial port data packet. The default setting is
1024bytes.

Heart-beat Content

Send heart beat to the defined server to keep router
online. It is convenient to monitor the router from the
server.
