Removing the curtain

After placing the new curtain perform the mounting in
opposite direction.

–

Only manufactured protective curtains
suit the safety regulations!

4.4 Replacing the tines of the kneating machine

Check regularly the damage of the kneading machine
tines. Replace the used and broken tines with new
ones.

–

Repair works, maintenance, periodical
overhauls, cleaning and elimination of
funtctional disturbances must be
performed with the switched off drive
and stand still engine! Remove the
ignition key!

Replacing the tines

–

Unscrew the nut (3) and pull out the screw (2).

–

Remove the damaged tine. Use the hammer if
necessary, put it through the hole (4) behind the
tine.

–

Put in the new tine (1).

–

Put in the screw (2) and screw down the nut (3)
with washer on it.

–

Only manufacturer's tines suit the
quality requirements and safety of the
kneading machine functioning!
