7.7 Tension of the driving belt of the kneating  
machine's  rotor 

 
After service-dismantling and renewed mounting of 
the kneading machine rotor,check up the belt tension: 
 
SILVERCUT DISC 300 F FC,   340 F FC 
New belt        from 75 to 79 Hz 
(Belt is lowered to 10 mm at a force of  68 N). 
 
Used belt      66 Hz 
(Belt is lowered to 10 mm at a force of 52 N). 
 
 
 
 
SILVERCUT DISC 300 F RC 
New belt        from 65 to 68 Hz 
(Belt is lowered to 11,6 mm at a force of  69 N). 
 
Used belt      57 Hz 
(Belt is lowered to 11,6 mm at a force of 53 N).

All lubricating areas are labelled on the image. To 
ensure a long life of the mower, consider the 
lubricating intervals.
