[Correct condition]
Press a number corresponding to
the solenoids
1) For auto-thread cutter
Set the needle bar at the lowest
position.
Press the button (1)
When the driving arm is at:
Up:
OFF
Down: ON
2) For bobbin idling prevension lever
Remove the hook cover plate.
Press the button (2)
When the lever is at the:
right: OFF
left:
ON
3) For upper shaft
Set the needle bar at the highest
position.
When the activating rod is at the
position of:
Up:
OFF
Down:
ON
Press the “Clear” button to proceed
to the next step.
[Correct condition]
1) When the memory button is
pressed with the needle bar at
“UP” position, the needle bar
vibrates and the the needle drop
is set at “M” position. (zigzag
stepping motor)
2) When the memory button is
pressed with the needle bar at
“Middle” position, the tension
disc is closed. (tension stepping
motor)
3) When the memory button is
pressed with the needle bar at
“DOWN” position, the feed dog
vibrates and the feed dog is in
the middle of its travel. (feed
stepping motor)
Press the “Clear” button to proceed
to the next step.
