DEHUMIDIFIER STORAGE
If the dehumidi fi er will not be used for an extended period of time:
1. Drain the water tank completely and make sure there is no more water stocked
inside.
2. Follow the steps described in the paragraph “INSIDE DRYING function”.
3. Unplug the unit and fold up the power supply cord.
4. Remove and clean the air
fi lter, allow it to dry completely and reinstall it.
5. Store the dehumidi fi er in a cool, dry location, away from direct sunlight, extreme
temperature and excessive dust.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the following problems occur to the dehumidi fi er, the following solutions can
help.
Problem Possible Cause Solution
The dehumidi fi er does
not work
Is it connected in the
power? Insert power plug in the
socket.
Is the water tank full of
water or placed incor-
rectly?
Drain the water from
the water tank and/or
install the water tank
correctly.
The ambient tempera-
ture is below 5°C or
higher than 32°C. The ambient tempera-
ture for operation of the
dehumidi
fi er is 5-32°C.
The dehumidi fi cation
function is not effective
Is the room temperature
or humidity too low?
In dry season the dehu-
midi
fi cation ability will
be reduced.
Are the air outlet and
inlet blocked?
Move away the objects
blocking the air outlet
and inlet.
Air is not blown out
Is the air strainer
blocked?
Clean the air strainer
according to the above
method.
