OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ATTACH ADAPTOR TO YOUR SCREWDRIVER MOTOR
(Motor sold separately)
Unplug the screwdriver motor and remove nose-cone and bit
holder from your screwdriver motor according to manufacturer’s
directions (most will pull straight off).
Replace with Quik Drive adaptor made for the screwdriver motor.
Follow specific instructions included with Quik Drive adaptor.
SET DEPTH
Turn dial to adjust depth and
tighten lock ring to set. Test in
scrap material before use. To avoid
overdriving fasteners, start with a
higher than wanted depth setting
working lower until achieving a
proper depth setting.
CHANGING THE HEX MANDREL
The mandrel must be removed from the front nose. For removal;

first remove clamp screw and slide out adjusting arm.

Pry off retaining clip and washer,

Slide mandrel out through opposite end. Change bit and reverse steps to install.

CONNECT ATTACHMENT TO
SCREWDRIVER MOTOR OR EXTENSION
Insert mandrel into extension, slide attachment on and push
tight - until the locking lever snaps in place.
WARNING:
When using the attachment without the extension,
make sure the feed track is not in line with the screwdriver-
motor handle as this may cause pinching of the fingers when the
attachment compresses.
To avoid injury rotate the
screwdriver motor 90°
from feed track.
Check locking lever position to be sure
attachment is locked on

Seat mandrel

REMOVE SCREWS
Depress fastener release button. Belt can then be
removed in either direction.

LOADING SCREWS
Insert belt through track cut-out and
push into chamber, grap end of belt
and pull until first screw loads in place.
Snap remainder of belt into track.
Collated belt can
also be loaded into
track rear
(snapping
belt into track not
necessary with this
