No power.
The thermostat safety has

Restore the power supply.
Reset the thermostat.
Call authorised personnel.
Pilot will not go out, always
on (little hot water)
Water tap open. Possible
water leak in the system.
Close the hot water tap. Call
authorised personnel to inspect
the system.
Pilot will not go out, always
on (no hot water)
The thermostat’s terminals
are not connected to the
heating element.
The heating element is not

Remove the thermostat and
check the connections.
Check the heating element and
replace it if necessary.
The pilot goes out when
