PREHEAT BAR-GRAPH
The bar shows the preheating status and it expresses how far away is the require s etpoint
compared to the actual temperature.
The ratio k =Probe / Setpoint defines the bar: (note: k can be > 100%)
i. If k > 75%: 1°,2°,3° on; 4° flashing
ii. If 75% > k > 50%: 1°,2° on; 3° flas hing; 4° off
iii. If 50% > k > 25%: 1° on, 2° flashing; 3°,4° of
iv. If 25% > k : 1° flashing; 2°,3°,4° off
At the end of preheat, it is always fully on: 1°,2° ,3°,4° on
When a cooking in progress (after the preheat is reached), the temperature in the cavity
can fall below the regulation level: if it is more than 15 °C lower, the bar progressively turns off
following the same rule of the preheat.
COOLING FAN OPERATION
Air condition system provide with cooling fan that prevent overheating of the outer surface
of the oven and prevent damage to surrounding. This fan create an air stream that provide to
extract the warm air from the front grills (ventilation). At the same time it creates an air curtain
between control panel and cover and it prevent the overheating of these two parts and upper
components. Air circulation by cooling fan cause of the prevent consendation due to heat and
moisture for electrical and mechanical components and it provide their safe and ensures of a
long life.
(See Figure 8)
Cooling fan is switch on and off by electronic circuit board. In this case the cooling fan is
working on a specific time and disable automatically even if the oven turn off, causeof the
working of cooling fan depend on temparature.
