Disposal
Always adhere to national regulations when disposing of power tools that
are no longer functional and are not viable for repair.
• Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE), with household waste
• Contact your local waste disposal authority for information on the correct
way to dispose of power tools

Check circuit is capable of required current then reset mains circuit

Have fuse replaced by a qualified electrician
During use the welder stops
working
Duty cycle exceeded and Over-Heat Indicator (6)
is illuminated
Leave the welder for 20-30 minutes to cool down
Poor weld
Incorrect current setting
Adjust Current Dial (3)
Wrong electrode rod/stick
Replace electrode rod/stick
Poor earth connection on workpiece
Check Earth Clamp (8). Ensure there is no grease, paint or other
surface coating that would cause a bad electrical connection with
the workpiece
