5. Before use
1.Search for ‘Fitdays’ in the Apple Store or in Google Play. Or scan this QR code:
2.Download and install the app. The app icon will appear on your phone or tablet a�er
the installa�on is completed.
3.Turn on Bluetooth and your GPS on your smart phone or tablet.
4.Register your own ID by email or login with a social media account.
5.Add personal data and confirm OK.
Note:
Entering the wrong gender, age, height, or corporeality level can result in
inaccurate measurements.
