Whipping cream
You can also use the appliance to whip cream with the help of the emulsifying
disc
:
1) Place the bowl
on the base
.
2) Push the emulsifying disc
onto the blade holder
:

To whip 100 ml of cream, place the emulsifying disc
onto the blade
holder
so that it lies against both blades
and clicks into place (fig. 2):

To whip 200 ml of cream, turn the emulsifying disc
horizontally by 180°
(fig. 3), so that it is in contact with only one blade
and clicks into place
(fig. 4). The emulsifying disc
then churns higher through the cream.
