The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:
Fault Possible cause Remedy
The head-
phones cannot
be switched off .
The internal battery is
not charged .
Charge the battery (see
section
Charging the
battery ) .
No sound .
The headphones are
not switched on .
Press the button

for about 2 seconds to
switch on the head-
phones .
The volume is set to
minimum .
Set the desired volume
using the
button 5 . If necessary,
also increase the volume
on the playback device .
The playback device is
not switched on . Switch on the playback
device .
The playback device
has been muted . Unmute the playback
device .
The audio cable

is
incorrectly connected
in AUX-IN mode .
Make sure that the
audio cable
e
is
correctly connected to
the
AUX IN socket 8
of the headphones and
the playback device .
Sound is only
coming from
one side of the
headphones . The stereo balance
control on the
playback device is
incorrectly adjusted .
Adjust the stereo
balance control to the
setting you desire .
