Connect the appliance only to correctly installed and earthed mains power
sockets. Ensure that the rating of the local power supply tallies completely
with the details given on the rating plate of the appliance.

Ensure that the power cable cannot become wet or damp while the appli-
ance is in operation. Place it such that it cannot be crushed or damaged.

Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.

Do not perform any repairs on the appliance. All repairs must be per-
formed by our Customer Services or by qualifi ed personnel.

First disconnect the appliance from the mains power socket before fi lling it
with water, changing accessories or cleaning it.

Do not use the appliance in damp areas, such as in the bathroom.

NEVER separate or connect the appliance from/to a power supply when
your feet are in the water.

Always separate the appliance from the power supply when fi tting or
removing accessory parts.

To avoid risks, arrange for defective power plugs and/or cables to be
replaced at once by qualifi ed technicians or our Customer Service Depart-
ment.

appliance is to be used. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
