You can also listen to music from a portable audio device connected
via a 3.5 mm jack cable.

♦

Ensure that the speaker is switched oﬀ.

♦

Connect the audio device using a 3.5 mm jack cable to the
3.5 mm jack socket on the speaker.

♦

Set the On/Oﬀ switch to the ON position to turn the loud-
speaker on.

♦

Start playback on the audio device and set the volume to a
moderate level.

♦

Then set the desired volume using the ( )

button or the

( )

button on the speaker.

♦

Press the button if you want to mute the speaker.

If you connect a 3.5 mm jack cable to the device during the
playback of audio ﬁles via

Bluetooth

, the device will switch

playback automatically to the newly connected device.

If you use a smartphone as your

Bluetooth

playback device,

the audio playback will be paused when there is an incoming
call. Acceptance/termination of the call is carried out via the
smartphone. After ﬁnishing the call, the playback will be auto-
matically continued.
