power off the headphones immediately and unplug all connected cables.
If this occurs, the headphones or charging and storage box should no
longer be used until they have been inspected by authorised service
personnel. All repairs must be carried out by qualified service personnel.
Do not attempt to open the housing of the headphones or the powerbank
unit in the charging and storage box. This will void your warranty.
Operating environment
The headphones are not designed for use in environments with high
temperatures or humidity (e.g. bathrooms), and must be kept free of dust.
Operating temperature and operating humidity: +5 to 35°C, max. 85%
relative humidity. Please note that when using the product in a car,
especially behind the windscreen, the temperature can reach well above
35°C.
