Note:
Please only use batteries or rechargeable batteries with a nominal voltage of 1.5 V.
Please ensure the batteries are always inserted according to the correct polarity. Replace
the batteries with the same brand or similar batteries.
There is a risk of explosion if the batteries are not replaced correctly.
Do not attempt to recharge a non-rechargeable battery. There is a risk of explosion.
Batteries / rechargeable batteries can be fatal if swallowed. Please store batteries out of
reach of small children. Seek medical help immediately if a battery has been swallowed.
Do not expose the batteries to heat or flames. Never short-circuit batteries; never try to
force open batteries; never attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Batteries may
otherwise explode and cause serious injury.
Never replace the batteries in a potentially explosive area. Sparks may be generated
while the batteries are being inserted or replaced which could cause an explosion.
Potentially explosive areas are often signposted as such, but not always. These include
filling stations, such as under below-deck areas on boats, fuel transmission stations, fuel
depots, areas in which the air may contain chemicals or particles such as grain, dust or
metallic powder, as well as all other areas in which you would normally be asked to switch
off the engine of your car.
