the battery compartment and the battery contacts with
a dry cloth.

might put batteries into their mouth and swallow them.

Fill the appliance only with liquid soap, detergent or

Inserting / replacing the batteries

Always insert the batteries into the battery compartment
with the correct
polarity!

Always use AA/mignon/LR6 batteries.

Always use batteries of the same type.
1) Pull the battery compartment
out of the appliance.
2) Remove the old batteries, if present.
3) Insert new batteries as shown in the polarity diagram in the battery compart-
ment
.
4) Push the battery compartment
back into the appliance.
The display
lights up and all indicators flash 5 times.
If there is no soap, the "Fill level" indicator
.
will continue to flash.
