Shaping biscuits
NOTES
Use only the pattern discs
w
for shaping biscuits.
Do not line the baking tray with Tefl on, fats or oil paper, as the biscuits then do
not keep their shape.
Ensure that the locking ring
q
sits fi rmly on the container
7
and that the
container
7
is correctly mounted on the motor unit
4
before you switch the
appliance on.
1) Hold the biscuit shaper a little way above the baking tray.
2) Press on the start button

until the fi rst biscuit has been formed. The length
of time you need to press the start button

is dependent on the desired
shape and size of the biscuit. If you press the start button

for just a short
time, you will form a small biscuit. The longer you press the start button
1
,
the larger the biscuit will be.
3) Release the start button

and move the biscuit shaper to another position.
4) Repeat the steps until you have shaped a suffi cient number of biscuits.
NOTE
If the dough is too sticky, place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
