18   I    Cementation Technique

Polishing discs can be used lightly over the surface. Finish and polish 
with light, gentle polishing. This should take 2 - 3 minutes to achieve a 
beautiful luster. If you applied 

ProVeneer

 correctly you should have no 

bulk material to trim.

Finishing  &  polishing  is  done  on  lingual  surface  and  to  optimize  the 
occlusion.

Check to assure you have a seamless emergence profile with an explorer.

Important Tip:

 

Since the

 

ProVeneer

 

can be made as thin as .1 mm it is essential that you apply very gentle force when 

seating and cementing the

 

ProVeneer.

 

Otherwise you will fracture it. Once bonded to the tooth the ProVeneer is very strong.
