Notes: 

1.

 

SRF, DCR and Q should be similar if components from other manufacturer used 

2.

 

The SRF should be twice as much as the operation frequency 

3.

 

The dielectric type should be C0G and the resonant frequency should be similar if components from alternative vendor used. 

4.

 

The values are valid for 1.5mm thick FR4 PCB. If thinner board used the capacitor value should be increased (and vice versa) 
to minimize the level of the second harmonic components.
