5-3. Controlling Monitor from Serial Port

ST-700 can control industrial monitors supporting serial communication control connected to the 
serial port. Set the time and character strings to ST-700. The specified character strings, such as control 
commands, will be sent to an industrial monitor at the specified time.

 - Up to two sets of a character string and a time value can be saved.

Note

 - To use this function, ST-700 has to get the time from NTP server.

TIP

Here is how to use the serial control function.
