After pressing the calibration value input key anew, the calibration
value will be stored and the device will return to normal operation. If nei-
ther of the or keys are pressed during calibration value input,
then the calibration value input key must be pressed for ~5 s in order
to enable exiting the entry menu.
The calibration value entry symbol disappears.
With the next zeroing/calibration the position value will change to the
newly set calibration value.
5.5 Programming
The device is programmed in the factory based on the ordering data. How-
ever, it can also be programmed later by means of a programming software
(separate accessory see chapter 8 ).
6 Battery change

100 °C.

in case of remote battery compartment.
6.1 Battery type, function and service life
• Battery type: CR2032; 3 V lithium; (B2)
• Battery type: CR2477; 3 V lithium; (B8)
Battery life is influenced by operating time, operational speed and other
environmental conditions. The battery's service life is ~2 years (B2) or 8
years, respectively (B8). The battery can be changed at SIKO distribution
partners, in the SIKO parent factory or you can do it yourself.
